Social Media
Social media is giving companies a chance to interact with fans on an entirely new level. Common interests are shared, questions are asked, and conversations are held all on a company's fan page. I was able to do this for The Leonardo from December 2010 through October 2011 first as an intern and then as a marketing specialist and consultant. During my time running The Leonardo's social media I doubled its fan base, helped create and execute an opening campaign, and increased interaction significantly.
